Our History
Elite Bartending School and Event Staffing was established in Miami, Florida in 2007. We are State Licensed Bartending Schools fully regulated by the Florida Department of Education. In building Elite Bartending School and Event our founders wanted to put together a school unlike any other of its kind, providing a current and applicable education in High Volume Bar Training and Mixology. Our goal was to provide that education, and then use only our graduates for all event staffing opportunities, providing our students money making gigs long after they graduate from our program. All Elite Alumni have lifetime memberships with our schools. Over the last 10 years we have expanded quickly to 10 Florida School locations and have become the fastest growing bar school in the Country.

Elite Bartending School South Florida’s Fort Lauderdale classroom offers a hands on education in practical bartending unlike any other, located at Capone’s Nightclub. This beautiful bar provides the most optimal and practical hands on education for students.
Experience and Hands on Approach
Elite Bartending School’s instruction is taught only by the most Elite in the business. Our owners are also our instructors. With over 20 years of experience we take pride in being knowledgeable, charismatic, and extremely patient in our education process. Elite’s classes are taught 100% “hands on” and are held behind the bar at Capone’s Nightclub. This provides real world bartender training behind one of the best bars in Fort Lauderdale.
Open Bar Practice Hours Before and After Class
Elite Bartending School opens its doors early and stays open late at our Fort Lauderdale bartending school. Our students are able to practice behind the bar Sundays before or after class at our Fort Lauderdale Bartending School location. This unique option allows students the unique learning environment to improve skills and speed to master their craft when class isn’t in session. Fort Lauderdale Students and Alumni are also able to practice behind the bar weekdays at any of our other Elite Bartending School and Event Staffing Florida locations.
Lifetime Job Placement and Event Staffing for Graduates
Elite Bartending School and Event Staffing offers all Fort Lauderdale’s Alumni lifetime membership, including job placement and event staffing opportunities at any of our existing locations. Our one of a kind job placement site is private, and accessible only by Elite Bartending Schools Alumni. Once graduated for in the program students are given their username and password and have access to any local job leads and all nationwide events posted by Elite administrators.
